How inquiry information is handled.
This notice describes the production inquiry flow, including the collection purpose, requested fields, processor categories, retention period, rights route, and public contact.
This technical planning website receives project inquiries submitted through the request form. It does not publish a company or publisher name, a technical reviewer name, or reviewer credentials. Questions about this notice, a submitted inquiry, or correction of published information can be sent to the public contact above.
The public contact does not replace an identity disclosure where applicable law requires one. Effective date: 2026-09-01
Only project-planning fields are requested.
The form requests contact name, work email, company, country or region, material feed, and target duty. Phone or messaging details and site context are optional. This information is used to review the requested processing duty, clarify project scope, respond to the inquiry, and maintain related business correspondence.
Processing basis: steps requested by the inquirer before a potential business arrangement. Submitted details are not used for unrelated marketing unless a separate basis and notice apply.
Do not submit recipes, customer records, confidential process data, passwords, payment details, or other information that is not needed for an initial line review.
The website applies server-side validation and anti-abuse controls before forwarding an accepted inquiry to the approved business recipient.
Hosting, anti-bot, email-delivery, and mailbox providers may process the minimum technical or message data required to deliver and secure the service.
Inquiry records are retained for 24 months after the last substantive inquiry correspondence, with earlier deletion when no longer needed or on a valid request, subject to applicable legal, security, dispute, or deletion requirements.
Reasonable security controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security of internet transmission or email.
