Construction and product duty

A selected cleaning supply/return arrangement, compatible valves, monitoring and accessible manual-clean sections form the system boundary.

Input
A documented equipment circuit and the residues left by the product family.
Output
A cleaned and verified system released under the plant procedure.

What changes the selection

Map which parts are cleaned in place and which are opened. Oil, seeds, thickener and persistent pungency require residue-specific verification.

No fixed chemical recipe or cycle is universal. A CIP connection does not prove a complete machine can be cleaned without disassembly.

No numerical rating or model is assigned without a configuration-specific record. Ask for the drawing, wetted materials and operating conditions with the proposal.

Cleaning & service

The cleaning system itself must drain and be inspected; prevent inappropriate mixing of chemicals and product.

Installation interfaces

Separate product, utility, cleaning and waste routes, with an explicit valve-state and isolation plan.

Trial & acceptance

Challenge the worst-case residue and validate the sampling method, including hard-to-reach surfaces.
