Define the particle acceptance
Identify the largest intended pieces, their distribution, fragility and acceptable breakage. Use one sample method and temperature at every handover.
Check the complete product path
Record the minimum passages in the actual pump, valve, hose and nozzle arrangement. Label samples after cutting, after mixing, at pump discharge and after filling. A nominal connection size is not a complete free-passage statement.
Use the filled product as the acceptance sample
Compare retained pieces and fines with the agreed reference. Record bridging, recirculation, stoppages and cleaning observations alongside the sample results.
Take a blank record to the trial
Download the chili sauce trial worksheet from the homepage and enter the observations from your own product and package. No operating results are prefilled.
