Record neck or fitment drawing, fill size, largest pieces and sauce condition at filling. A package name alone does not define nozzle compatibility or cleanability.
Include the closing and handling scope
Identify container feed, support, dosing, cap/closure or seal, checks and discharge. Record which modules are retained on an existing line and which are included in the proposal.
Inspect actual trial packs
Record fill measurement, seal/closure observations, contamination at the opening and piece retention. Package integrity checks remain distinct from product process and shelf-life validation.
