What it does

Construction and product duty

Product supply, dosing units, container handling and closure equipment are specified around the actual pack, nozzle and sauce.

Incoming product
Prepared sauce and clean, compatible bottles, jars, pouches or bulk packages.
Discharge
Filled and closed packs ready for the specified checks and downstream treatment.

How to choose this machine

Confirm opening dimensions, largest particles, stringing, foam and fill temperature. Smooth and chunky products can require different dosing paths.

A change of package can require more than a nozzle change. A standard hot filler is not an aseptic system.

What to specify before comparing options

Selection parameterInformation to establish
PackDrawing, opening, closure and fill mass
SauceParticle size, viscosity, foam and temperature
AcceptanceDose and closure checks at a stated output

Cleaning & service

Inspect valves, nozzles, product manifolds and change parts; verify disassembly and cleaning after the most difficult sauce.

Installation interfaces

Match upstream buffer and pump controls, container feed, closure supply, inspection, coding and any cooling route.

Product trial

Measure dose variation, piece distribution, drips, closure condition and changeover time with supplied package samples.
