Define the batch and probes
Record batch mass, ingredient addition order, initial condition, sensor IDs and their locations. Keep recorded observations separate from the validated process limits supplied by the responsible specialist.
Record the complete cycle
Log loading, heating, mixing, holding where specified, discharge and cleaning intervals. Record actual product and utility observations and interruptions. Vessel display temperature alone does not prove the whole batch received the required process.
Approve the packaging handover
Name the transfer condition, filler supply and acceptance responsibility. File the product-specific process authority and acceptance record separately from this blank operating log.
