Cleaning & service
Identify baffles, shaft seals and ingredient ports where residues can remain; test cleaning after the most persistent product.
Equipment / Batch
Distribute added ingredients while preserving the intended sauce texture.
A vessel with a specified agitator, addition points, sampling access and a drainable outlet forms the blending duty.
A gentle agitator protects visible pieces; a higher-shear arrangement may suit a smooth dispersion. Select against measured viscosity and ingredient addition behaviour.
A blending tank is not automatically an emulsifier. Oil-rich or difficult-to-wet additions need sample confirmation and possibly a separate module.
| Parameter group | Information to establish |
|---|---|
| Mixing task | Dispersion, gentle suspension or emulsification |
| Product window | Viscosity, temperature and inclusion size |
| Batch basis | Finished mass versus vessel working volume |
No numerical rating or model is assigned without a configuration-specific record. Ask for the drawing, wetted materials and operating conditions with the proposal.

Plan weighing or metering, powder handling, operator access and the pump inlet without creating long transfer holds.
Sample at multiple locations and times; examine solids distribution, oil separation and particle breakage.
