Separate recipe ownership from engineering inputs
A full commercial formula is not needed for an initial enquiry. Product type, approximate operating temperature, relevant acidity/salt range, oil phase, viscosity method and largest particles can define an initial review. Sensitive formulation details can be handled later through an agreed private process.
Check the complete wetted path
Material suitability includes seals, gaskets, instruments and valves as well as vessel steel. Actual composition, temperature and cleaning exposure matter. A generic stainless grade label is not a complete compatibility assessment.
Distinguish suspension from emulsion
Keeping visible solids distributed is different from creating a stable oil/water dispersion. Compare the mixing task with the desired final structure and verify the result with a representative trial. Ask how residual oil is removed during a changeover.
