Sauce application
Concentrated chili paste places a different load on grinding, vessel discharge and pumping than a thin hot sauce.
Agree solids content, initial particle distribution and available liquid before sizing a wet grinder. Untreated dry pods and a thick finished paste are not interchangeable mill feeds.
Review agitator coverage, outlet position and pump inlet conditions. Confirm how the last product is removed and how concentrated residue is accessed during cleaning.
